Updating the validation url in order to fix the "Invalid Ticket" error we get in https://cofe.dev.dife.tremend.ro/ when trying to login through the EULogin acceptance server.
Since https://cofe.dev.dife.tremend.ro/ is for development purposes I temporarily disabled ssl verification in order to see there's anything else to fix. Once the login works we'll need to configure the CA certificate in cofe's server.
